Lee-Anne is a specialist estate administrator and qualified tax practitioner. She uses her expertise to ensure that your loved ones are served as far as possible by your estate and penalties are avoided.
Daniel is our director and founder. He is vice chairman of FISA KZN, along with his FPSAⓇ, holds a Bcom Economics & Management, Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trusts administration with distinction in estate administration.
Marsh Fidelity developed as a result of my passion for people and wish to ensure that their legacy is protected. The work I do is incredibly personal and requires a great relationship with a foundation built on trust. So to give you some insight into who I am and a bit of background, I completed my degree at Rhodes University where I majored in economics and management. Since then, I have pursued qualifications in the Administration of Deceased Estates through UNISA and Administration of Estates through SAIT, which were both obtained with distinction. I discovered my fiduciary calling after completing my first deceased estate in 2019. I find joy in knowing that I have made an enduring difference in someone’s life during their darkest days. My economics background coupled with my love for people and serving my community is what led to the inception of Marsh Fidelity and the love for what I do has shaped my business over its lifetime.
Outside of my work, I enjoy marathon running, cultivating bonsai trees, going to Church, and spending time with loved ones. Family is a big part of my life and my wife, Hannah, has played a major role in making me the man I am today.

Lee-Anne is an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a registered tax practitioner. Her work experience covers areas such as accounting, auditing, taxation, risk and compliance, deceased estates and training of employees. In 2021, Lee-Anne completed a professional certificate in Estate and Trust Administration through the Tax Faculty. Lee-Anne joins the Marsh Fidelity team as our Administration Manager and we look forward to our clients’ beginning to connect with her.
We have no doubt that Lee-Anne will contribute immensely and be a great asset to our team.
Ariana’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree (cum laude) in law & philosophy in 2019 and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (cum laude) in 2021, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Ariana is also a Golden Key member.
Ariana has completed two years of practical vocational training (formally known as articles) at a local law firm and she is currently awaiting admission as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Her experience includes administration of deceased estates and drafting of wills, managing civil and commercial litigation, legal correspondent work and debt collection matters, as well as professional academic writing.
Outside of work, her hobbies include playing the piano, reading and photography. She also enjoys writing, listening to music and spending time with her loved ones.
