Ariana Dwyer

Ariana is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a FPSA® Fiduciary Practitioner of Southern Africa. She brings her legal expertise to navigate the intricacies of estate & trust administration, will drafting and estate planning.

Lee-Anne Don Wauchope

Lee-Anne is a specialist estate administrator and qualified tax practitioner. She uses her expertise to ensure that your loved ones are served as far as possible by your estate and penalties are avoided.

Daniel Marsh

Daniel is our director and founder.  He is vice chairman of FISA KZN, along with his FPSAⓇ, holds a Bcom Economics & Management, Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trusts administration with distinction in estate administration.

Marsh Fidelity developed as a result of my passion for people and wish to ensure that their estates are protected, and effective closure is provided to their families.  

The work we do is incredibly personal and requires a great relationship with a foundation built on trust. 

Daniel completed his degree at Rhodes University in 2013 where he majored in Economics and Management.  

Since then, Daniel has pursued qualifications in the Administration of Deceased Estates through UNISA and Administration of Estates through SAIT, which were both obtained with distinction. To add to this Daniel studied and worked full time, in doing so additionally completed an advanced diploma in Estate and Trust administration through the University of the Free State with distinction in estate administration. Shortly after this Daniel was appointed as the Vice-Chairman of FISA KwaZulu-Natal. 

Daniels economics background coupled with his love for people and serving the community is what led to the inception of Marsh Fidelity and the love for what he does has shaped Marsh Fidelity over its lifetime.  

Outside of work, Daniel enjoy’ s marathon running, cultivating bonsai trees, going to Church, and spending time with loved ones. Family is a big part of his life and his wife, Hannah, has played a major role in making him the man he is today.

Lee-Anne Don-Wauchope

Specialist estate administrator and qualified tax practitioner

Lee-Anne is an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa and a registered tax practitioner. She is also an affiliate member of SAIT. 

Her work experience covers areas such as accounting, auditing, taxation, risk and compliance, estate planning, drafting of wills, deceased estates administration and training of employees. 

In 2021, Lee-Anne successfully completed a Professional Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration through the Tax Faculty. She is also a Commissioner of Oaths. 

Her experience and knowledge brings great value to all our clients at Marsh Fidelity. 

Outside of work Lee-Anne enjoys hiking, reading a good book and spending time with family.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree (cum laude) in law & philosophy, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (cum laude) (both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal) and an Advanced Diploma in Estate and Trust Administration from the University of the Free State (with distinction).  

Ariana’s professional work experience includes administration of deceased estates and trusts, drafting of wills, civil and commercial litigation, debt collection and professional academic writing. She is a proud member of the Fiduciary Institute of Southern Africa (FISA) and Golden Key International Honour Society.   

Outside of work, Ariana’s hobbies include road running, photography and reading. She also enjoys listening to music and spending time with her loved ones and in nature.

Londiwe Ngcobo

Office and Client Coordinator

Londiwe is our office and client coordinator. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing daily operations, and providing administrative support. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Londiwe is dedicated to helping people and improving our communities to create a better South Africa for future generations. Outside of work, Londiwe enjoys being in nature, hiking, gardening, and going for walks.

Family and church are a big part of her life, as they contributed to the woman she is today.

Nontobeko Mthembu joins Marsh Fidelity as Executive Personal Assistant, providing structured administrative support across both estate and trust matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Honours degree in Criminology and Forensic Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where she graduated with a Dean’s Commendation and achieved 17 distinctions across her undergraduate and postgraduate studies. She is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society in recognition of her academic performance.

Nontobeko brings experience in high confidentiality environments, having worked as an Information Agent on the Whistleblowers Fraud Hotline. In this role, she managed sensitive fraud and ethics reports, ensured strict compliance with governance frameworks, and produced accurate, structured reporting under pressure. This experience has developed a strong foundation in discretion, precision and accountability, all essential in fiduciary administration.

She also served as Executive Secretary for a non-profit organisation supporting mental health initiatives for learners. This role involved managing executive schedules, preparing formal meeting documentation, coordinating communication between stakeholders and maintaining organised administrative systems.

At Marsh Fidelity, Nontobeko supports the team in delivering consistent, high quality service to clients. She is known for her strong organisational ability, attention to detail and calm, thoughtful approach to her work.
