is a team of deceased estate and trust experts based in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. It is headed up by director, Daniel Marsh. Our business is built on four pillars: care, communication, trust and quality work.

We will use our expertise to reduce, where possible, the costs, taxes and time frame in which your estate is managed so that your beneficiaries will get the greatest possible inheritance in the shortest possible time upon finalisation of the estate. Working in this field full time also allows us to stay on the pulse with law amendments and additional requirements that the Master may need.

Estate planning and advice

When it comes to estate planning there are many different aspects that need to be taken into consideration. When drafting a will for example, we must answer important questions like, are you married? Do you have overseas assets? Do you have any children and are any of your children minors? Is your estate potentially liable to pay estate duty? We advise on all of the above mentioned examples and more, which will help you streamline your estate. We strive for efficiency and where possible cost savings when it comes to administering your estate, allowing you and your loved ones complete peace of mind.

Formation of Trusts and acting as Trustees and Advisors

We are able to assist in the formation of trusts through the Master’s Office and act as independent trustees for clients who have trusts or wish to set up a trust. We are also able to assist with the updating of trust documents as the trustees’ and beneficiaries’ needs and wants change.

Have qualified executors assist with your administration

In certain instances, the Master of the High Court may request that a qualified individual, who is well versed in the administration of deceased estates be appointed as your registered agent, over the Executor you appointed. Having Marsh Fidelity as your Executor or Co-Executor eliminates these kinds of requests and reduces the additional stress on your surviving spouse or family members whilst still grieving your loss.
